Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Banking Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, helping them achieve their financial objectives. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
This role involves:
  • Partnership with teams to provide clients with both consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies.
  • Assisting, educating, and training clients on conducting simple transactions through self-service technologies.
  • Leveraging available resources, technologies, and processes to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence and accuracy.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of one year of demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment.
  • Experience working in a financial center where goals were met or exceeded.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications and previous experience utilizing laptop technology.

Salary Range
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
