HR Coordinator for Operational Efficiency

We are looking for a highly organized and communicative Benefits Administrator and HR Specialist to join our team at Anderson Equipment Company in Bridgeville. In this role, you will be responsible for administering employee benefits programs, responding to inquiries, and ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
Main Responsibilities- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, eligibility, and premium payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management regarding benefits-related questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective HR strategies and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as COBRA, ERISA, and ACA.
- Analyze and report on benefits data to inform business decisions and improve outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless benefits delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR generalist, or related role.
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, benefits administration software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- A salary range of $55,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience.
