We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Insurance Benefits Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing a book of business related to healthcare benefits while delivering exceptional client service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by serving as a trusted business partner, subject matter expert, and liaison between clients and carriers.
  • Provide strategic planning, consulting advice, RFP's, analysis, and comparison of vendor responses and recommendations.
  • Ensure proper policy coverage and recommend options that suit individual client needs.
  • Maintain dependable relationships with carriers, vendors, producers, and other business partners.
  • Monitor delinquent clients, track payments, and resolve issues.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred; industry experience may be substituted for education.
  • Minimum five years of experience in Life and Health customer service.
  • Life & Health Insurance License required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
