We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Account Manager to join our team at Hireverse. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility. This role requires a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide expert advice to clients.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, high-energy environment is required.
• Strong relationship-building skills and excellent communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly.
Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum.
