We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Director for Patient Care to join our team at Raritan Bay Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing the strategic plan for care delivery systems across our Emergency Services Departments.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate nursing practice and the nursing care delivery system
- Direct supervision of front-line leaders and staff team members
- Execute and advance the scope of practice, professional standards, and care delivery systems
- Administrative oversight for assigned patient care units and departments
- Collaborate with departmental managers to ensure excellent clinical, service, financial, quality, and growth outcomes
- Bachelor's and Master's degree in nursing or a related field
- At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in nursing administration
- Excellent financial management, delegation, and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and react quickly in emergency situations
- PhD or DNP degree
- Experience in labor relations
- 5 years of clinical experience
- Proven competence in Microsoft Office Programs or Google Productivity Suite
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License
- National nursing administration certification
