Patient Care Specialist

The Patient Care Technician plays a vital role in the healthcare team, providing direct and indirect care to patients. This position requires a strong sense of accountability, a focus on teamwork, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care based on physical, psychosocial, education, safety, and related criteria.
- Assist with patient, unit, and environment-related tasks.
- Participate in patient safety initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with patients, nursing colleagues, and other healthcare team members.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, or Patient Care Technician program.
- AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification within 60 days of hire.
