Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Windows/Network Systems Engineer to join our team. This role is full-time and requires on-site presence.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in administering, configuring, optimizing, and maintaining Windows-based networks and servers.
  • Proficient in Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 administration, and Windows security protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with network devices including firewalls and switches (Cisco, SonicWALL, Dell, Fortinet).
  • Experience in managing heavily virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Familiarity with both on-premise and cloud-based backup solutions as well as cloud email systems (O365, GSuite).
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (Intune, Jamf, etc.).
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • CCNA or equivalent networking experience is preferred.
  • MSCE or equivalent server experience is preferred.
  • Possession of technical certifications is a definite advantage.

Responsibilities
  • The Senior Systems Engineer will oversee daily technology infrastructure operations at client locations and provide remote support to address diverse customer needs.
  • Deliver ongoing support for client networks, servers, storage solutions, and overall IT infrastructure.
  • Maintain clients' IT systems both remotely and on-site as required.
  • Assist in designing and implementing a variety of IT projects, including high-availability solutions, virtualization, and cloud services.
  • Act as the escalation point for issues that cannot be resolved by desktop engineers or helpdesk personnel.
  • Collaborate closely with Managers, Service Coordinators, and fellow Engineers to fulfill customer service commitments and ensure top-tier service delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and system challenges, whether remotely or on-site.
  • Represent the company positively and professionally in all client interactions.
