Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, and staff
    • Manage patient flow and coordinate imaging procedures
    • Assist with scheduling and registration for imaging appointments
  • Technical Support
    • Utilize various computer systems and applications to facilitate daily imaging operations
    • Process patient data and maintain accurate records
    • Assist with imaging records and reports
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff to ensure seamless operations
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of imaging services
    • Provide pre-instructions and estimated times for scheduled appointments
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in secretarial science or business preferred
  • Experience
    • Minimum of two years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting required
    • Experience with medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology preferred
  • Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
