Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, and staff
- Manage patient flow and coordinate imaging procedures
- Assist with scheduling and registration for imaging appointments
- Technical Support
- Utilize various computer systems and applications to facilitate daily imaging operations
- Process patient data and maintain accurate records
- Assist with imaging records and reports
- Communication and Coordination
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff to ensure seamless operations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of imaging services
- Provide pre-instructions and estimated times for scheduled appointments
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in secretarial science or business preferred
- Experience
- Minimum of two years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting required
- Experience with medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology preferred
- Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
