We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Controller to join our team at Select Staffing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying cost savings opportunities, and collaborating with senior business unit professionals to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement procedures to ensure plant compliance with internal financial and operational controls, including SOX requirements and corporate finance Building Blocks.
- Collaborate with plant leadership to develop annual budgets, identify financial risks and opportunities, and analyze plant profitability at an SKU or mold level.
- Reconcile and coordinate weekly and monthly physical inventory counts, implement processes to minimize inventory losses, and lead and reconcile annual tagged physical inventory.
- Maintain plant SAP asset register, analyze and generate weekly cost control data, and evaluate and analyze plant profitability.
- Review and approve product standard cost accuracy, including BOMs.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of financial and operational controls, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior business unit professionals.
