We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Manager to join our team. As a key member of our body shop, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring timely completion of repairs, and maintaining the highest level of quality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement effective repair plans for each vehicle
  • Oversee production in the shop, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting deadlines
  • Maintain a timely schedule, communicating with team members and stakeholders as needed
  • Collaborate with body technicians and insurance companies to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure vehicles are kept clean and tidy, reflecting positively on our business
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, consulting with management on new procedures and equipment

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships
  • Basic computer proficiency, with ability to learn new software and systems
  • Positive attitude, with a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to collaborate with team members
  • Math, reading, and software skills, with ability to learn new technology and procedures
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
