About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Shop Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our Customer and Product Support department, you'll be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, repairing, refurbishing, replacing, and completing Life Cycle Solutions on a variety of mobile equipment, including Terex Utility and Genie brand equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and diagnose equipment issues
- Repair and refurbish equipment to meet customer needs
- Complete Life Cycle Solutions on mobile equipment
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
- Stay up-to-date with factory training and development
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of mechanic experience
- Experience with mechanics, electronics, or hydraulic systems
- Strong troubleshooting fundamentals
- Excellent customer service and safety-focused mindset
