Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior operations role, preferably in the restaurant industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
