DevOps Specialist Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Specialist Team Lead to join our team in Richmond, VA. This is a 12+ month contract position that requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills. As a DevOps Specialist Team Lead, you will lead a team of DevOps engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of DevOps engineers and mentor junior team members* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution* Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues* Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering* Strong knowledge of automation scripts and tools* Experience with open-source frameworks and Agile practices* Excellent leadership and communication skills* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field* Salary estimate: $110,000 - $160,000 per year based on location and experience.
