We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at the Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in planning, preparing, and executing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement menus, specials, and promotions.
  • Assist in the management of kitchen staff, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee daily food requisitions, inventory management, and ordering.
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared to perfection, meeting the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Requirements
  • College degree or certification in culinary arts or hospitality management.
