Job Summary

The Business Account Executive is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by selling primary and ancillary communications solutions to small and medium-sized businesses within a specified territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new customers and develop sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Sell bundled services to new customers and expand the customer base within the assigned territory
  • Develop and implement a Territory Plan to drive sales growth and customer acquisition
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Outside sales experience in a high-transaction, short-closing cycle model preferred
  • Business-to-business sales experience preferred
  • Proven sales history of meeting or exceeding targets preferred

A qualified applicant's criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.

The base pay for this position generally is between $47,800.00 and $94,000.00, with a commission earnings target starting at $54,000.
