Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and provide services and resources to promote rehabilitation, recovery, and resiliency.
  • Identify and address strengths and barriers to independent functioning in the community.
  • Support individuals and families in crisis situations and provide personalized interventions.
  • Collaborate with medical providers, multidisciplinary teams, and community resource providers to achieve treatment goals.
  • Facilitate the development of skills in activities of daily living, interpersonal coping, socialization, and community functioning.
  • Plan for professional growth and development through participation in educational programs and workshops.
  • Ensure adherence to Hospitals and departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 1 year of directly related experience.
  • CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider certification within 30 days.
  • Valid New Mexico Driver's License.
  • UNM Vehicle Operator's Permit within 60 days.
Working Conditions

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with minor hazards, physical risks, and exposure to dirt, dust, fumes, and noise. You will be subject to random alcohol and substance testing.
