Job DescriptionJob Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Assistant to join our team at GLIA HEALTH MANAGEMENT LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional support to our research team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate participants for trial screening, ensuring complete and proper execution of the protocol schedule of assessments and data entry.
  2. Assist in participant recruiting using proper regulatory-approved documents and procedures; schedule prescreening and screening activities.
  3. Track participants' progress in the study, prepare and manage participant study binders, and ensure PI/Sub-I complete their tasks for each visit.
Requirements
  1. Clinical Research Coordinator/Research Assistant, CRC/CCRC experience preferred.
  2. Experience in venipuncture.
  3. Associates/Bachelors or other college degree preferred.
  4. Familiarity with Electronic Health Record System preferred.
  5. Working knowledge of clinical research policies and guidelines set forth by US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Human Research Protection Program (HRPP), and International Council for Harmonization Good Clinical Practice (ICH/GCP).

  1. Self-motivated and desire to learn and grow in healthcare.
  2. Strong attention to detail.
  3. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, providers, and payors.
  5. The ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently and effectively.
  6. Strong commitment to actively supporting an ethical working environment.
  7. Strong knowledge of computer-based systems such as Excel, Word, and the Internet with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  8. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Work Environment
  • 8 hour shift.
  • Monday - Friday.
