We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and reports, ensuring all transactions are recorded promptly, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Record day-to-day financial transactions, maintain records, and launch reports and financial statements
- Track fixed assets and prepare depreciation schedules
- Manage bank and general ledger reconciliations, as well as payroll postings
- Prepare quarterly tax filings
- Perform month-end closings
- Effectively manage projects and prioritize tasks
- Prepare trial balances
- Assist with job estimates for pricing
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and develop and implement accounting systems and procedures to control costs, provide management and the board of directors with key information to make informed decisions, monitor progress of strategic initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance working with our accounting vendor.
