Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to lead our team and drive guest satisfaction. As a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for motivating and coaching our team members to deliver exceptional service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a culture of food safety, quality, and cleanliness, and ensure that our team members follow company standards.
  • Coach and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance, feedback, and support to help team members improve their skills and performance.
  • Drive Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that every guest has a positive experience, and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage Restaurant Operations: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and labor control.
  • Maintain a Safe and Healthy Environment: Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, and that our team members are aware of and follow proper procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous Management or Leadership Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to Meet Physical Requirements: Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods, lifting up to 55 pounds, and bending, twisting, and reaching.
