Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to dealership standards.
  • Test-drive vehicles and diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
  • Communicate with customers and provide estimates for additional repairs.
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Service Technician, preferably in a dealership setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • B-level qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
  • Dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to improve.
  • Ability to learn new technology and repair procedures.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
