Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests, consistently exceeding their expectations.
  • Role Model: Act as a positive role model for children, offering guidance and mentoring during activities, and providing positive reinforcement to help them develop age-appropriate skills and abilities.
  • Safety Advocate: Ensure the overall care and well-being of the children in the Kids Club, maintaining a secure environment and attending to their safety and needs in a nurturing manner.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Prior experience supervising infants, toddlers, and youth is required.
  • Personality: Personable, enthusiastic, optimistic, and outgoing.
  • Attitude: Positive with a collaborative team-player mindset.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Education: High School diploma in progress or completed; GED acceptable.
  • Certification: CPR certification is highly preferred.
  • Childcare Training: Some training or education in childcare is desirable.
  • Traits: Patient, compassionate, and fun-loving.
  • Skills: Proficiency with basic computer applications.
  • Stability: Consistent work or school history.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Passion: A strong passion for health, fitness, and childcare.
