About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base by building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess leads from marketing campaigns to identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage potential clients through calls and emails, effectively presenting our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on our latest offerings and recommend tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Establish long-term relationships with clients based on trust and value, fostering a loyal customer base.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities in the market, leveraging your knowledge of our products and services.
  • Schedule meetings or calls between clients and the sales team, facilitating collaboration and driving results.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with MS Excel for data analysis and CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Understanding of key sales performance metrics and ability to analyze data to inform decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Motivation to learn and understand our products, business, and industry.
