Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Virginia State Bar (or ability to waive in) and in good standing
  • Some knowledge of employment laws and regulations and law firm experience or clerkship a plus
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
