Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by adhering to visual merchandising standards, restocking shelves, and performing other tasks as assigned.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including ringing sales, handling returns, and counting change.
  • Support the sales floor by maintaining a high level of product knowledge, recommending products to customers, and participating in visual merchandising efforts.
  • Work effectively with peers and supervisors to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive store culture, and support the growth of the business.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with diverse customers.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.

This position has a starting pay range of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
