Job Description

As a Labor and Employment Associate, you will be joining a collaborative team at W3Global Inc. Your day-to-day tasks may include advising clients on compliance with employment laws, drafting employment contracts and policies, representing clients in employment litigation and before administrative agencies, and conducting legal research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on employment law compliance and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures
  • Represent clients in employment litigation and administrative agencies
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs
Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to Virginia State Bar (or ability to waive in) and in good standing
  • Some knowledge of employment laws and regulations and law firm experience or clerkship a plus
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
