POSITION OVERVIEW

The Corporate Communications Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the organization's marketing and communication initiatives. This position encompasses project oversight and content development across various communication platforms, contributing to the internal communication and human resources strategies, and facilitating projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducts research, authors, and refines narratives, blog entries, newsletters, speaking notes, scripts, and other forms of communication, ensuring effective distribution aligned with the internal communication strategy.
  • Manages the production of the corporate newsletter.
  • Acts as the primary project coordinator for HR-related communications, including diverse initiatives, recurring programs, and HR leadership content for company channels.
  • Identifies and implements opportunities where communication can boost employee engagement, retention, and overall experience through collaboration with HR and other departments.
  • Collaborates with Talent Acquisition to support materials and channels for career seekers, ensuring consistency with the overall brand messaging.
  • Assists in writing and distributing content for corporate departments.
  • Works alongside the creative team to establish timelines and workflows for necessary graphics and media support.
  • Contributes to additional Marketing Services projects as required, bringing insights into employee needs for the rollout of marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrates strong project management capabilities to create and uphold essential timelines for the effective execution of tasks.
