Position: Consumer Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective clients at their residences or workplaces to provide guidance on all facets of the moving process, conduct assessments of items to be transported, and deliver precise estimates/pricing.
  • Consistently follow up on leads generated by the company and potential clients.
  • Generate independent sales opportunities through networking within the community and business sectors.
  • Collaborate with team members to update and manage sales tracking tools and systems.
  • Effectively communicate all customer requirements and expectations regarding their move to operations, management, and moving coordinators.
  • Complete necessary documentation promptly.
  • Work closely with moving coordinators to ensure client satisfaction and optimize sales opportunities.
  • Address service-related issues, including those that may arise outside of standard business hours.
  • Maintain and produce reports to monitor individual performance and productivity metrics (e.g., closing statistics).
  • Achieve sales targets, closing ratios, and finalize sales reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the sales of household goods relocation or business development.
  • Dedicated to delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the relocation industry and its trends.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to client locations within a 50-mile radius of the office.
