Job Summary

This role provides administrative support to Endeavor Financial Group, serving as a resource to Financial Advisors and clients in handling inquiries regarding their accounts. The Licensed Client Services Administrator will support the daily operations of the practice, including brokerage operations, utilizing Thrivent Financial computer systems and programs in support of client relations. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, be securities registered (series 7 & 66 or 6 & 63), and be insurance licensed/appointed. Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools are also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming telephone calls and respond to requests for information
  • Research inquiries regarding client accounts
  • Provide fund values and answer securities product-related questions
  • Prepare or coordinate the preparation of routine correspondence, reports, and special projects
  • Support projects, administration of various programs, and processing functions as needed
  • Update the contact management system with client/member contact and preference information
  • Handle brokerage operations
  • Assist Financial Advisors in the preparation and follow-up for client/member meetings
  • Collaborate with financial associates to assist clients with product changes
  • Conduct substantive research or information gathering for securities product recommendations or investment advice
  • Obtain customer financial information
  • Accept and/or enter securities trade orders from customers
  • Explain, discuss, or interpret insurance coverage
  • Issue certificates of insurance, endorsements, binders, commitments, or insurance contracts
  • Support questions and transactions with variable insurance and annuities products
Requirements
  • Previous administrative/secretarial experience desired
  • Securities registered (series 7 & 66 or 6 & 63)
  • Insurance licensed/appointed
  • Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptions
