Technical Agile Coach
Metasys Technologies, Inc.


We are seeking a skilled Agile Coach with a robust technical background in coaching, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to guiding teams through Agile transformations while nurturing a culture of teamwork and innovation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Instruct personnel at all levels on Agile methodologies.
  • Conduct training sessions and impart skills necessary for Agile implementation.
  • Guide and mentor teams in Agile practices.
  • Provide constructive feedback, stimulate growth, and address inquiries from teams.
  • Deliver hands-on assistance and collaborate with staff across various functions.
  • Establish Agile processes, principles, and practices throughout the organization.
  • Encourage collaboration, predictability, transparency, and innovation.
  • Exemplify Agile principles through leadership.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical Agile coaching.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD, DevOps, and transitioning from traditional methodologies to Agile.
  • Experience with Lean Agile frameworks, including SAFe.
  • Capability to support multiple teams concurrently.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Skill in customizing coaching approaches for diverse teams.
  • SAFe SPC 6.0 certification and experience in delivering SAFe training.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and advocacy for Agile methodologies.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, teaching, and motivational capabilities.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and self-education in Agile practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and coaching.

Tools Experience:

  • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), and PowerBI.
