Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team at ActionLink. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting Sonos home theater technology to customers and increasing sales in assigned stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors
- Build relationships with store managers and associates to create a positive impact and increase Sonos' sales
- Engage customers through product demonstrations to identify home audio products that fit their individual needs
- Assist and train store personnel to communicate Sonos information with confidence
- Display Sonos products in a visually appealing manner to showcase their features and benefits
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience required; consumer electronics experience is a plus
- Strong sales aptitude and a high degree of initiative
- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to present Sonos product information confidently to individuals and groups
- Reliable transportation and physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time during shifts

- Experience-Driven Earnings: Pay range is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
- Seasonal Weekend Warrior: 12 hours per weekend - 6 hour shifts on Saturdays & Sundays
- Sales Bonuses: Hit those targets and earn up to a 20% bonus
- Retention bonus for program completion
