We are seeking an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team at Bath Planet. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and executing successful events and trade shows that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential events and trade shows within our assigned territory
  • Negotiate contracts with event vendors to secure optimal booth locations and amenities
  • Book an annual calendar of events and trade shows, ensuring a balanced mix of local and national events
  • Recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators to effectively showcase our products
  • Schedule demonstrators to work events, ensuring adequate staffing and coverage
  • Coordinate booth and display setup and teardown, ensuring a professional and visually appealing presentation
  • Set appointments for free in-home consultations at events and trade shows, driving sales and customer engagement
  • Collect contest entries and follow up with customers to schedule consultations
  • Measure and report results, providing insights to inform future marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with event vendors and customers
  • Positive, outgoing personality with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
