Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager of Neighborhood Development to lead our team in delivering award-winning homes in recognized neighborhoods.

This role requires five years of experience in real estate development or general real estate law, with proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams while managing timelines and budgets.

The successful candidate will have a graduate degree or bachelor's degree and training (J.D. or P.E.), and demonstrated skill using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, including benefits such as medical, vision, dental, and prescription drugs, paid vacation, 401K, short and long term disability, and flexible spending account.

This position is responsible for leading a team that delivers Charter's neighborhoods on schedule, on budget, and to plan.
