Job Description:

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager II to join our team in Atlanta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including project engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Four-year college degree in construction management or construction engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in solid project management with contract values from $10-$100 million.
  • Proven ability to manage teams successfully and profitably.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Proliance.
  • Ability to make effective and convincing formal sales presentations.
