Client Acquisition:
We have a robust in-house marketing team that generates approximately 20,000 new client requests per week, exclusively for our advisors. We use a data-driven approach to find and engage motivated clients who have a need and desire to purchase life insurance. Our system includes targeted direct mail and digital content that reaches homeowners, with those interested personally responding through an online link, QR code, or phone call. We do not engage in cold calling, only contacting those who have requested information. Our system is highly effective, allowing many of our advisors to earn over $120,000 in the first year, regardless of experience.
Client Fulfillment:
As a client advisor, you will have access to our technology-driven CRM to connect with clients who have requested a consultation. Our automation system will set a virtual appointment from home or anywhere, and our full-time advisors will connect with 10 to 15 families per week. We provide ongoing training and support for our advisor partners, with some starting on a part-time basis and gradually moving to full-time. In addition to generating client requests, we have created a Direct-to-Consumer platform for independent insurance advisors to leverage. This platform allows clients to purchase insurance policies on their own, from their desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone, with the advisor who sent them to the site receiving a commission for the sale.
Advisor Compensation:
This is a 1099/commission-based position, with the average compensation being around $1,000 per issued client application. Our average full-time advisors will enroll at least five clients per week, with our top advisors protecting 15 to 20 clients per week. You will earn overrides, bonuses, residuals, and all-expense-paid incentive travel, with vesting from day one. You may also qualify for equity incentives and an agency contract, giving you full ownership of your permanent residual income stream.

This position is remote, combining the freedom and tax benefits of being an independent contractor with the ongoing support and coaching from our team of experts. You will be accountable for your activity and results, with rapid advancement into leadership available.
