About the Role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for DSP Acquisition, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies to attract high-quality Delivery Service Provider (DSP) owners to Amazon's logistics network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to acquire DSP owner quality leads, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development managers, marketing agencies, and Amazon's creative garage, to drive the Last Mile DSP external candidate pipeline.
  • Utilize data analytics tools, such as Tableau and Adobe Analytics, to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Design and implement bulletproof data structures and processes to ensure high-quality outputs and eliminate mistakes.
  • Define and implement long-term strategies and plans for DSP Acquisition Marketing, distilling diverse inputs from large customer segments and stakeholders to set a vision and achieve consensus on priorities.
  • Drive change and influence others within internal and external organizations to unblock the DSP Acquisition marketing team and deliver for Amazon's customers.
About the Team

At Amazon Logistics (AMZL), our goal is to provide customers with an incredible package delivery experience through the last mile of the order. We partner with a network of small independent delivery businesses (Delivery Service Providers) and the independent contractor community (Amazon Flex) to deliver customer orders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or engineering.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity, product marketing, business development, or product management in e-commerce or technology businesses.
  • Proven analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and understand complex sets of data, extract insights, and communicate them in a way that brings others along.
  • Proven experience as a people manager, hiring and developing the best.
  • Experience working in corporate environments and engaging with senior executives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with marketing data analytics tools, such as Tableau and Adobe Analytics.
  • Creative, yet analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
  • Adept at working in a cross-functional organization and comfortable in a hyper-growth, fast-paced environment.
