Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Virtual Distribution Manager to join our team at Bankers Financial Corp. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, a Property and Casualty (P&C) license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, analyzing various markets and identifying key areas to promote Bankers' products. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing trusted partnerships with agents, evaluating potential leads, and assisting with agent segmentation and production analysis.

In this role, you will also act as an advisor to agents, providing prompt and accurate resolutions to complex problems. Additionally, you will support external Territory Sales Managers as needed and have a physical presence at our St. Petersburg, Florida location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to promote Bankers' products
  • Nurture trusted partnerships with agents and provide support with business growth
  • Evaluate potential leads and assist with the contracting process
  • Assist with agent segmentation and production analysis
  • Act as an advisor to agents and provide prompt resolutions to complex problems
  • Support external Territory Sales Managers as needed

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Property and Casualty (P&C) license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Customer relationship management systems experience (Salesforce)
