KPMG is Seeking a Lead Specialist, IT Incident Management

At KPMG, a renowned audit, tax, and advisory services firm, we are currently looking for a highly skilled Lead Specialist, IT Incident Management to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This role presents a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in managing the entire incident management process, from detection to resolution, including major incident response.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire incident management process, from detection to resolution, including major incident response.
  • Record all incidents and maintain documentation for all outages, including conducting post-incident reviews with resolving groups.
  • Ensure the appropriate communications are sent to IT and business leadership, keeping them advised of the incident and business impact.
  • Work closely with IT teams, security personnel, and upper management.
  • Participate in regular assessments of processes to ensure they are well-documented, sustainable, and scalable.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent experience supporting various infrastructure stacks, such as application, hypervisor, compute, storage, networking, supporting multiple business applications and IT service management.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow in a 24x7 IT operations environment.
  • Knowledge of Incident Management processes, Business Continuity, Data Breach Management.
  • Demonstrated experience with Incident and Event Management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, must be experienced in providing verbal as well as written communication and collaboration with all levels of the organization.
