Genesis10 is seeking a skilled Problem Manager/Incident Manager to join our client's Application Production Services team in the financial industry.

This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate problem process within an ITIL framework, tracking milestones for problem root cause and remediation.
  • Work across multiple teams to evaluate existing processes and technologies and execute improvements.
  • Participate in a large-scale project to improve Batch and SLA Management across Application Production Services organizations.

Requirements:

  • Strong track record of problem management in a large volume financial company and environment.
  • Strong Project Management skills.
  • Strong technical skills and diverse background in application infrastructure technologies and batch support.

Pay Range:

$63.24-$71.24
