As a vital member of our architecture community, you will contribute to the creation of technology solutions, design frameworks, and best practices that support Starbucks' global IT initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with fellow architects to devise impactful strategies that enhance user experiences and operational efficiency through unified roadmaps and technology partnerships.
- Assisting in the formulation of enterprise technology strategies informed by thorough environmental assessments, opportunity recognition, and risk evaluation.
- Bringing your expertise in at least two of the following areas: retail commerce, core HR, enterprise employee experiences, or workforce management, with a minimum of 5 years of engineering or architectural experience in the HCM/WFM sector.
- Demonstrating 5 years of experience in architecture or enterprise-level analytical roles.
- Participating in strategic technology planning at the departmental level or higher for at least 3 years.
- Conducting financial analysis and business planning for a minimum of 5 years.
With over 7 years of professional experience in software development and platform management, you will also:
- Engage in departmental strategic technology planning for at least 5 years.
- Exhibit proficiency in data analytics, utilizing data to derive insights and enhance engagement.
- Conduct vendor evaluations and perform buy analysis.
- Possess familiarity with architectural and agile delivery frameworks.
Essential qualifications include:
- A comprehensive understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing high-capacity, redundant, and mission-critical environments.
