Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Hot Side technician to join our team at Quick Servant. This role involves servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, grills, and dishwashers.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on commercial kitchen equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctions on equipment such as steamers, ranges, and refrigeration units.
  • Install new equipment and ensure it is functioning properly.
  • Respond promptly to service calls and perform repairs efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.

Qualifications:

  • Verifiable experience as a commercial kitchen service technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems related to kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • CFESA certification preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience. Benefits include paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid life and AD&D insurance, 401K matching, short-term disability, paid holidays, sick leave, vacation time, company vehicle and phone/tablet, and paid on-the-job training.
