About the Role

As an Industrial Maintenance Specialist with White Glove Commercial Cleaning, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain HVAC equipment, including ventilation systems and heat pumps
  • Complete work orders and repair requests in a timely fashion
  • Inspect and test equipment to ensure proper function
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failure
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance issues

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Certifications in HVAC repair and maintenance
  • Previous experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
