Position: Maintenance Service Manager

Overview:
Join a dynamic team at The Donaldson Group as a full-time Maintenance Service Manager. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential apartment community.

Location: Greenbelt, MD

Compensation: $27-$30 per hour

Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in property maintenance with supervisory duties.
  • Proficient in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, general carpentry, and appliance repair.
  • HVAC certification is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills are required; experience with Yardi is a plus.
  • Possession of essential tools and reliable transportation is necessary.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Oversee contractors and manage inventory effectively.
  • Handle on-call emergencies as needed.
  • Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests with professionalism.
  • Conduct regular inspections of apartments and common areas to identify maintenance needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.
  • Direct apartment turnover processes, including cleaning and painting.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes in all work performed.
