Soliant is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist (PT) to provide essential therapy services within a school environment. The selected PT will assess and deliver therapeutic interventions to students facing physical challenges or motor skill difficulties. The ideal candidate will create and execute tailored treatment strategies aimed at enhancing students' mobility, strength, and overall physical capabilities, thereby facilitating their active participation in educational activities.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform assessments to determine the physical therapy requirements of students.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with each student's unique needs.
  • Deliver direct physical therapy services to students, either individually or in group formats.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to promote students' physical growth.
  • Track and document students' progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
  • Provide guidance to school personnel and parents on methods to enhance students' physical development and engagement in school programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
  • Preferred experience working with children or in an educational context.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in developing and executing effective therapy strategies.
