Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to join our team. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts in an assigned territory, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met. You will lead a team of environmental services professionals and be responsible for training, development, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple accounts in an assigned territory, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and federal/state requirements.
  • Lead a team of environmental services professionals, providing training, development, and performance management.
  • Conduct weekly building tours with Account Managers to assess work quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of income and expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with building Account Managers, Administrators, and HCSG staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of employees and residents, adhering to infection control and universal precautions policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in management or related field preferred.
  • Two years of experience in environmental services in a healthcare environment and personnel supervision.
  • Specialized training in housekeeping and laundry equipment operation is desirable.
  • Ability to lead, direct, and support a team in a diverse environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including web-based reporting.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies, as required by State, Local, and/or Customers.
