As a Veteran Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in leading our team to provide exceptional services to our clients. Your expertise and leadership will help create a therapeutic community that fosters growth, healing, and empowerment.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and maintain a therapeutic community
  • Supervise and manage the Veterans Service Department
  • Organize and coordinate community service areas and therapeutic stations
  • Implement residential program structure and support provision of direct services
  • Provide support, training, and supervision to staff who provide direct services
  • Coordinate daily shuttle van runs and manage property issues
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment
  • Oversee Urinalysis Drug Screening and Blood Alcohol Content testing
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in social services field or other related field required
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in related field
  • Experience working with homeless and/or veteran population preferred
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of clients, staff, and community members
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Leadership and conflict management skills
  • Demonstration of personal and financial integrity in the workplace
