Job Title: Physical Therapist

LHC Group is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting. As a Physical Therapist with LHC Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' functional status and physical therapy needs, assisting the physician in developing a therapy plan of care.
  • Perform interventions aimed at improving and enhancing patients' well-being, evaluating their progress and reporting any changes to the supervising nurse and/or physician.
  • Treat patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and/or maintain maximum functioning using acceptable standards of practice.
  • Instruct and inform participating members of the healthcare team, patients, and family/caregivers regarding the plan of care, functional limitations, and progress toward goals.
Requirements
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Ohio.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, with access to a dependable vehicle.
