Customer Service Representative

At Lowe's Companies, Inc., we're committed to providing exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide SMART customer service at all times, executing daily customer service policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Build relationships with vendors by providing direction and ensuring merchandise resets are completed according to Lowe's specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Merchandising Service team and Manager to communicate project priorities, schedule, and project needs.
  • Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leaders.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers when opportunities arise, understanding their needs and assisting in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and/or loading merchandise.
  • Listen to and respond knowledgeably and promptly to customer and employee questions, taking them to areas of the store and walking them through projects when necessary.
  • Demonstrate sincere appreciation to customers and communicate information regarding all stock, special order merchandise, feature benefits, application, and warranty information related to Lowe's programs.
