Position Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Registered Nurse to join our Lactation Services team. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of new families.

Key Highlights

  • Location: Texas Health Dallas
  • Environment: Lactation Services
  • Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week; includes a combination of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting required
  • Preferred: 2 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting
  • Highly preferred: 2 years of Lactation Consultant experience
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license required upon hire
  • International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification preferred upon hire
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required upon hire
