Lead Registered Nurse, Lactation Services

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Registered Nurse to join our Lactation Services team. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of new families.
- Location: Texas Health Dallas
- Environment: Lactation Services
- Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week; includes a combination of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts

As part of our nursing team, you will be joining a workforce of over 24,000 employees, making Texas Health one of the largest employers in the region.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting required
- Preferred: 2 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting
- Highly preferred: 2 years of Lactation Consultant experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required upon hire
- International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification preferred upon hire
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required upon hire
