We are seeking an experienced Media Sales Consultant to join our team at Glacier Media Inc. As a Media Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, understanding the current media landscape, and delivering compelling presentations to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the media industry, including traditional and new media
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
* Analyze and report on campaign metrics, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
* Proactively review clients' digital footprints and digital business practices to enable needs analysis selling
* Utilize a Challenger Sales mindset to drive sales growth and exceed targets
* Stay informed about best practices in digital marketing and advertising, and effectively communicate these to clients
* Understand the competitive landscape and position our services relative to competitors
* Maintain and grow an account list, creating and presenting proposals to clients
* Educate clients on our full suite of marketing services, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
* Meet with clients in person and via video conferencing to discuss sales strategies and provide support
**Requirements**
* Previous sales experience, preferably in a media or advertising role
* Demonstrated sales leadership and ability to drive results
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
