Job Summary:

As a Game Support Technician at Dave & Buster's, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our games and simulators. This includes performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance on games and simulators to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot issues and make repairs as needed
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Physical stamina to lift and move equipment as needed
